You only need to use two gunpowder, not six. The 'power from below' is also a dust/powder. Make sure the fuel you're using is NOT clumpy, and has been through the extractor. If you're trying to use bio-fuel, that doesn't work either. You? should be able to figure it out now, if it still doesn't work, use the 'Recipe Book' mod to make sure you're doing it right, and if you are, then you may have a bug.
